Lugardo, the accomplished owner and project manager of On The Wall Painting LLC, has been a stalwart in the painting industry since 2003. With an extensive background in Park City, specializing in both re-paint and custom projects, as well as in the Valley with new construction, ranging from grand residences to smaller homes, Lugardo’s expertise spans the spectrum.
Having started as an apprentice, he steadily climbed the ranks, assuming pivotal roles such as painter’s helper, foreman, supervisor, and project manager. Notably, Lugardo served as the lead foreman at Park City Painting before establishing On The Wall Painting LLC. He is also still connected with Park City Painting as a Project Manager for many of their projects. As a husband, father and leader, Lugardo’s commitment goes beyond the brush; he strives to provide the best work experience and environment for his team, blending professionalism with technical prowess in every detail.
